themes configure script lacks --sysroot

Description
The mythtv, mythplugins and oldthemes configure scripts all have and use the --sysroot argument. The themes configure script does not. It appears that it was not added when it was added to oldthemes. I have attached a patch based on the oldthemes configure script.
