HDPVR recordings ending early

Just to note this problem seems to be unrelated to this: ​http://mythtv.org/pipermail/mythtv-users/2009-September/263831.html which has to do with socket errors.

Currently running rev: 21954 but I have been seeing this problem with earlier revisions as well.

Playing back files recorded with HDPVR on a separate FE with VDPAU (MPEG2 files recorded via PCHD5500 work fine), reports that the recording is over with approx 6 minutes remaining, after exiting the recording and going back in it will continue to play until the same thing happens with approx 3 minutes remaining. Seems to affect every recording from the HDPVR. I have generated -v playback logs but to be honest I don't see anything interesting in them, let me know if you would like them attached or if there are more useful logs from either the FE or the BE that would help.

Like Michael said, disable the "Prompt at end of recording" option and try again.

Removing prompt at end seems to have worked around this issue, sorry I forgot about that other ticket, I can live without the prompts for now.
