New theme (blue-abstract) available for MythTV

Hello,

I have created a new theme for MythTV. Currently it works against trunk revision 22022. It's called blue-abstract though I'm welcome for suggestions of a more suitable names. Please try it out! Feedback and suggestions are very welcome.

The following plugins are themed.

• mythtv (schedule, recordings)
• mythvideo
• mythgallery
• mythnews
• mythweather (config only)
• mythbrowser
• mythstatus

The others will follow. I wanted to add this theme also to the gossamer-threads but I don't know how to post there. Feedback is very welcome.

thanks for doing great job. This theme looks very nice.

As I see that you use nice rating stars in MythVideo?, I'm wondering if it would be possible to add "Watched Video" icon, as well.
