Cannot select which title to rip after upgrade to 0.22

Description

I think this is an issue with the updated UI in 0.22, but I lack the time/ability to investigate and confirm.

I recently upgrade my Mythbuntu box to use the latest 0.22 build. The updated interface on the Rip/Transcode? screen means it is no longer possible to select which title you want to rip - you are forced to rip whichever one MythTV selects as the default (i.e. the longest title). For DVDs of TV Series, this makes ripping them correctly impossible.

Changing to a different theme has made no difference.

This is probably a theme issue, it just likely affects multiple themes. Please list which you have tried. Have you tried those that fall back to default, such as blootube-wide, or MythCenter??

This is definitely an issue in Graphite, but please list other themes where it occurs.

(In [22281]) Fixes #7254. Make the next title and previous title buttons visible when titles > 1 on a DVD. They were set permanently to the invisible state.
