OSD doesn't fall back to default OSD if theme is missing

Description

I have been using as my OSD theme Retro-OSD until it was recently removed.

After upgrading to this OSD theme was no longer available on disk, however the frontend was still configured to use it.

If this scenario happens with the theme itself mythtv falls back to the default theme. With the OSD theme, no fallback is done, and the result is mythtv without an OSD. Makes it hard to work out what you are doing

(In [22323]) Make BlackCurves?-OSD the default OSD Theme and fall back to the default if the configured OSD theme is missing/no longer installed or if improperly specified in the database. Fixes #7260.
