Description
Since upgrading from 0.21 to Trunk, any DVDs I rip are playing back with incorrect colours - it looks like the U & V channels are getting swapped somewhere along the way.

I haven't changed my distro (Mythbuntu 9.04) but I did use updatemanager to move to the latest trunk.
Output of Transcode -v :
transcode v1.0.7 (C) 2001-2003 Thomas Oestreich, 2003-2004 T. Bitterberg, 2004-2008 Transcode Team

Can you share a sample showing the issue? Assume the playback issue persists in other players?

I've just uploaded a sample video showing the error to http://edgeley.co.uk/For_The_Birds.avi.
When setting up Rip/Transcode?, the title plays with correct colours, but once it has been ripped the resulting AVI has broken colours. Playing back from within MythTV or on another (Windows) PC running VLC makes no difference.

Did your upgrade correspond to a distro upgrade as well? specifically, it's possible that an upgrade to your "transcode" binary is to blame here.
Please provide the output of transcode -v in your reponse.
