Summary: | MythVideo after entering IMDB tag tt0118984 and click submit → MythWeb MythVideo module after entering IMDB tag tt0118984 and click submit |
Would you care to.... actually *describe* your bug?
Also, "tt" is not a part of an IMDB number.

The text files speak of a missing 'videometadata.subtitle' table. Only thing that I can think of is that MythWeb was upgraded to at least [22331], but MythVideo? is older than [21123].

None of my full compiles are more than 2 weeks old. The bug is I go to MythWeb, and click on the Video link. Because myth's built-in lookup mechanism is lame it can't get the IMDB number for 95% of my collection. So I used "My Movie 2" to obtain all of the IMDB numbers. From the Video link atop the mythweb page, I selected Galaxy Quest and click on "Edit" and type in the number. Then I clicked submit hoping it would lookup the rest of the info, but it doesn't. It results in above error. FYI: I tried jamu, but I can get past the error message about a connection to the database failing. Even though I have scanned the database many times and its fine. So some how it can access the database even though mythbackend can access it fine.

Thank you for your kind words, they really help with motivation.
Your database is not in a consistent state. Is this a new install from scratch or was the database upgraded? Has anything apart from Myth touched the database?
Have you read the installation instructions for Jamu on the wiki?

Did you actually run mythfrontend on any of your systems and upgrade the MythVideo? DB schema? If not, you'd likely get the exact issue you're reporting.

I can't launch the frontend. Now is say it can't launch the frontend because Pulse Audio is running. But Myth has not been compiled with Pulse Audio disabling support. Then it exists. However the backend and mythweb work fine so I don't care. Mythbackend has been upgrading my database periodically.
I checked ./configure --help There is nothing about Pulse Audio to be found.

You'll need to disable (at least long enough to run mythfrontend one time) PulseAudio? and start mythfrontend.
== HOW???? ==
