Improve readablity of font colors for the default theme on CRTs.

Description

Some of the font colors of the default theme in .22 make the text illegible on my SD CRT television.

Attached are patches (trunk and .22-fixes) to tweak the red and blue font colors of the default (non-wide) theme. This won't effect the wide-screen themes for HDTVs.
