Allow channel merging for guide data

I currently have a mythtv setup that has an analog tuner, 2 dvb-t tuners and 2 dvb-c tuners. I'm only interest in the approx. 16 shared channel, but mythtv lacks a good way to say that the channels are one an the same and can share guide data. For some reason mythtv doesn't get the EIT data for half the channels on the dvb-t tuners :(

channel merging is sort of possible by adding xmltv ids to all channels and running the exact same xmltv grabber for each source. That's a bit wastefull and backwards in my opinion.
