"Avoid conflicts between live TV and scheduled shows." results in no live TV

Description
If both backends are running and I choose Watch TV, the screen goes black. However, nothing is every displayed. I can escape back to the main menu or the system will simply dropped me back to the menu. If I choose watch recording, I see two entries for the same program. One will actually display as it was recorded and I can delete it. When I go to the second program, nothing is displayed and it cannot be deleted. It states the program is being recorded by my sbe. This is with SVN 8269, I've seen the same issue w/ earlier version of SVN. Unfortunately, I have not had time to report this until now.

I've installed SVN 8310 and am still having the same issue. I decided to uncheck "Avoid conflicts between live TV and scheduled shows." to see if it would have an effect and it did! I can now watch TV, but if a recording is schedule, I'm asked what I'd like to do. With 6 tuners available, I shouldn't be asked...

There's nothing remotely like a reproducible test case here. Post "I don't know what's going on" quesitons to the mailing lists.
