Patch to strip "(R)" from the title in Norwegian EIT data

Description

Norwegain dvb-s EIT has (R) in the title field for re-runs. This makes mythtv think "Title" and "Title (R)" are different shows. This patch solves this problem by stripping the (R) from the title and marks the show correctly as a rerun. diff for both trunk and 0.22-fixes attached.
