See ticket #8073. The audio stops working and I see numerous mmap() failed: Cannot allocate memory

Only fix is to restart mythfrontend. This has existed since before .22 was released. I *think* it started in changeset #22432.

Most also code was rewritten with the hdaudio branch merge.
