DVD playback with stereo audio track is too fast

Description

When I play a DVD rip in MythVideo?, if I select a stereo audio track in the DVD, playback will be too fast, and the audio will sound like it's double speed. Selecting a 5.1 audio track works fine.

If the DVD has only stereo, then the DVD is unwatchable.

I'm running 0.23-fixes, r25041.

probably related to #8134. proper fix for this issue is still being worked out. you can apply ​http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/attachment/ticket/8134/ticket_8134_fix.patch to your install as temp workaround. it may cause a crash, that's why its not committed.
