Description
Following stuartm's recent commit of date/time format additions to the en_gb.xml file, I decided to follow suit and add reasonable date/time formats for the US locale file. Of course format is always debatable and subjective, but I tried to use what is typically one of the most (if not the most) common standard leveraged in the US. I'm sure there's a minority of users which might prefer something else, but that's why these are sane defaults which can be changed. :)
I might also add that I added year to the full date (yyyy), since if you ever have recordings in your watch recordings menu over a year old, it's extremely helpful. I've heard this come up a few times in IRC, so I decided to include it.
In addition, I also mimicked the same date/time format for MythArchive?'s settings.
Patch Attached (untested as I'm not running trunk OR creating a new db instance)... hope it's helpful, even if it's trivial.

(In [26800]) Update en_us locale to include standard US time and date formats (though I'm fairly certain we default to most of these) with a patch from Matt S. Fixes #9092.
