Mythplugins --help slightly confusing

Description

I might not quite get the idea how the defaults of configure are supposed to work, but (for example), for fftw it shows [default=no], whereas on my system not specifying anything results in fftw being enabled.

I guess that this (and a few others) might be better rewritten as something like [default=check] as it appears that the default depends on configure finding headers/libraries.

Assigned to "mythtv" as there does not seem to be an overall mythplugins component.

(In [6838]) Fixes #94

Prints out initial values for the different configure options on "--help" and renames the autodetected ones from "default" to "detect" for clarity.
