Description

Hello guys, I moved to storage groups awhile ago. I have 1 slave BE which holds my video folder (using nfs share). My main BE/FE plays the video file OK. However, if I forward or rewind once or twice in the movie, then I get an electric weird sound at every ±60 sec. Plus, I loose the AC3 effect. The problem affect the playback audio only. I am using spdif output only. If I restart the slave BE (/etc/init.d/mythbackend restart), then problem goes away until next forward / rewind. It does not seem to affect my other frontends (using analog output). It is getting anoying and the wife is getting sick of it!!!!

Any idea what it could be? I have no errors in logs.

We need logs with -v audio, and please read the ticket howto-- you should be providing your version information, and should not be setting severity or priority on your tickets. Please also ensure that you are on the latest .24-fixes.
