Description
Since some weeks ago I'm unable to unlock mythwelcome. Please find attached mythshutdown log.

Sounds like you had run mythshutdown --lock a couple of times more than mythshutdown --unlock, in which case this behavior is expected.
You can check the value in the database if this happens again:
SELECT * FROM settings WHERE value = 'MythShutdownLock?' AND hostname IS NULL;

I'm not sure whether this should be marked as Closed - Invalid or leave it open, as this problem may arise without noticing it.
