Mythweb slow/broken with errors after kernel update

Description
After updating to 2.6.32-35-generic today on Ubuntu 10.04, Mythweb hangs with the following errors when trying to access the Backend Status page:
Warning at /usr/share/mythtv/mythweb/modules/status/handler.php, line 35: file_get_contents(http://192.168.1.201:6544): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed!
Warning at /usr/share/mythtv/mythweb/modules/_shared/tmpl/default/header.php, line 16: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /usr/share/mythtv/mythweb/includes/errors.php:148)
Occasionally the page will load (with the errors still in place), and other times it won't. The listings page also has errors and slowness. Other pages (like "Statistics") load with no problems.
Until we see some proof that this is a MythTV issue, I am closing this ticket. There is no evidence here that indicates there's anything but a misconfiguration going on, or that we could do anything about your issue by modifying myth code. Please start by seeking help on the mythtv-users mailing list. If I don't close this ticket, it will just sit here for years before being closed. Mythwbe is running successfully for thousands of people on that version of ubuntu, and newer versions, up to the present.
