Description
Trying to run a scan of music before the library has been loaded results in the frontend not performing the scan.

MythMusic: Fix having to load the music library before running a file scan
This makes sure we have a valid music directory before running a scan for music and warns the user if the music directory can't be found or isn't set.
Fixes #10436.
