Can only set auto-detected DVB devices in mythtv-setup

Description

The DVB device path in mythtv-setup is a pulldown menu without free text edit option.

This is problematic when you use multiple DVB devices. At boot these get assigned random values. The zeroth (adapter0) can swap places with the first (adapter1), for example. The outcome is erratic if the cards don't share the same DVB source on their physical input.

Even if you setup per device symlinks; You cannot point mythtv to the right device through mythtv-setup, the regular configuration method.

Other recording device types do allow free text editing for the device path.
