mpeg-ts with h264 / AAC audio doesn't play properly

Description
This is a mpeg-ts build from my HTTP Live Streaming ring buffer
http://www.avenard.org/files/media/mediatest/hls.ts
this doesn't play properly, same issue with 0.25.
The result is that about only 1 every 3 frames is being played.
