LiveTV/Recording with HD Homerun shows garbled video and soundglitches

When using a HD Homerun HDHR3-EU DBV-C tuner with mythtv 0.25-fixes video and sound is garbled in recordings and LiveTV, while everything works fine with VLC on Linux and on a Windows 7 machine. Please see attached files for more details.

Added a new file with direct streaming output of HDHR3-EU:

The stream was recorded with libhdhomerun_20120717beta1 on the master backend and is of good quality:

I have the exact same problem, only "fix" I've found is to use mythtv 0.24.

I'm also using a HDHR3-EU with DVB-C.

Playback is perfect in all other apps but mythtv.

I have setup a 0.26 master-backend/frontend on ubuntu 12.10 basis and it shows exactly the same issues:

HDHomeRun Config GUI is working fine.

Issue is fixed for me after upgrading to HDHR-Firmware 20130328.
