MythTV shuts down while watching mythnetvision videos

Description

Unless mythshutdown/mythwelcome is blocked, watching videos in mythnetvision behaves as if MythTV were idle, thus shutdown countdown takes effect.

Looks like a complication of the new "idle mode", as prior to that feature, a running frontend would always block shutdown.

I thought I fixed this already, both MythBrowser? and the internal player will suspend the idle timer for the duration. Unless there's another way MNV will play video I'm going to assume that the reporter was not using the latest point release of 0.25.
