MythArchive no longer honours cutlists, despite "Use cutlists" being selected"

Description

I've noticed in MythTV 0.26 (i'm using Arch Linux here) that even though a recording has a properly defined cutlist that is adhered do when the recording is played, whenever I burn the file, whether I have 'use cutlist' on or off in the options, the files get encoded without the cutlist being adhered to. The entries that come up in the log regarding cutlists are: "Node = cutlist, Data = " followed a couple of lines down by "Node = hascutlist, Data - yes"
