MythWeb "Filters" section links so not set selection

Description

When scheduling a recording through MythWeb, clicking on any of the links in the "Filters" section does not check/uncheck that specific selection. You must always click the actual check box to select anything in the "Filters" section. This is inconsistent with the other sections such as "Post Processing" and "Schedule Options". Although observed in 0.26+fixes I am very sure this issue was also present in v0.25+fixes.

The browser being used is Firefox v18.0 but has been observed in many previous versions of Firefox. I do not think this is a browser specific issue.

Fix #11368, this fixes the label on the filters section to actually apply to the filters as specified.
