Can't set GUI/VIDEO size when using screen other than 1

Description
Ubuntu 12.10, default install intel laptop (1366x766) with an external screen (1920x1080)
Mythfrontend sees that two screen are connected and let you choose which screen to use for displaying the GUI.
However, when it comes to setting a different GUI and VIDEO display mode, the resolutions offered are from the first screen only. Which if the 2nd screen doesn't support them you end up with a blank screen.
The resolution offered should be of the screen selected to display myth.
