Use Notification Error instead of plain notification

When reporting an error, MythErrorNotification? should be used.

In bc4ac99937f8807c5d41dbbb5aa72198eb559732/mythtv:

MythMusic: Use MythErrorNotification? in place of MythNotification?

It will be more consistent with other errors. Default time for an error
notification is 10s already.

Fixes #11735.
