Import channels.conf not in drop down menu

Description

Australia channel Nine does not show after scanning in Mythtv but it does show when using cmd line. I have searched hi and low for info regarding this with no result. It worked in .26 so I will be going back to that for the moment.

The channels.conf import function has been disabled from MythTV 0.27. See commit f4a19357c91df10dc2220b41bd7ccbbafa7aa424 for more information.

Please seek help on the mythtv-users mailing list regarding the missing channel when using the internal MythTV channel scanner. If the channel isn't found when performing a "Tuned Scan" in mythtv-setup, please create a new bug report with log files.
