channel scanning removes callsign and name from some existing channels

I just did a channel rescan and found that for (only) some channels that existed in the channel table that were present in the channel scan, the name and callsign fields were cleared out.

Of course, it's pretty annoying to have to go repopulate those fields after every channel scan.

What is interesting/strange is that it only cleared those fields for some existing channels. Others it left alone.

This problem cannot be reproduced on today's master; presumably this problem has been fixed. This ticket is now closed; if the problem does reappear please re-open this ticket or create a new one.
