Theme downloader does not remove files removed in theme

Description
The Mythbuntu theme removed appear-ui.xml in it's newer versions of it's theme (eg. >= 28.4). Upgrading from a previous theme does not remove this file.
You can verify that the file does not exist in the latest version of the theme at ftp://ftp.osuosl.org/pub/mythtv/themes/0.27/Mythbuntu-28.7_0.27.zip
Steps to reproduce 1) Delete (if it exists) ~/.mythtv/themes/Mythbuntu 2) Download the 28.2 version of the theme from the below link and extract it to ~/.mythtv/themes/ ftp://ftp.osuosl.org/pub/mythtv/themes/0.27/Mythbuntu-28.2_0.27.zip 3) Verify that ~/.mythtv/themes/Mythbuntu/appear-ui.xml exists. 4) Go to the theme downloader and update the theme to the latest version 5) Verify that ~/.mythtv/themes/Mythbuntu/appear-ui.xml still exists. As such, the screen wizard is broken.
