Unable to Watch TV

Description
When selecting Watch TV all I get is a quick display of the target screen with Playback starting displayed at the bottom. The Watch TV menu is then displayed. I had been using Myth TV for some time. I didn't change anything that I know with this program. It just started doing this the next day after watching TV the day before.
I've posted on forum but no one has provided any suggestions how to fix.
