Description
Rewrite of the EIT Fixup for Sky Germany since they use several Text blocks (Length, Country/Airdate? and credits) in different order
Unit Tests are included!

Btw "\u000A" is better known as "\n".
Our data model also has a rating field that could be filled with the rating from "Ab 16 Jahren". Its filled in some Australian fixups, e.g. in EITFixUp::FixAUNine() at https://github.com/MythTV/mythtv/blob/master/mythtv/libs/libmythtv/eitfixup.cpp#L1439
