I've tried deleting the music_radios table manually (after a /usr/share/mythtv/mythconverg_backup.pl run) to see if maybe converting between 0.27 to 0.28 schema had a glitch in it - no joy.

I am reliant upon internet streaming for radio - MythTV has been a staple in our house for years now, the "radio" is nearly always on. While I can manually update the database via mysql commands, I'd prefer figure this out properly

The missing child errors indicates the theme you are using is missing some elements so hasn't been updated for 0.28.

Try the MythCenter?-wide theme that will always work or get the theme you are using updated.
