Webfrontend: can't edit rules with invalid channel id

Reported by: Karl Egly Owned by: stuartm

Description

E HttpServer106 serverSideScripting.cpp:402 (EvaluatePage) Error calling QSP File: /usr/share/myth
tv/html/tv/schedule.qsp(392) - Error: Channel ID is invalid

I created a custom power search rule with MythTV and wanted to see matching upcoming recording in the Web Frontend. But due to the missing channel id I only got a blank frame. The same might happen when a channel gets deleted / readded as part of a rescan, which breaks "this channel" rules. It would be nice to show the editor without channel details instead. For "this channel" rules a big fat warning would be nice.
