Handle .m4v as video/mp4

Description

I transcoded several recordings to h.264 using the mp4 container format. A used the suffix .m4v, which afterwards fail to play through MythWeb, as it doesn't recognize this as video/*.

Strictly speaking mp4 is the *container* format, which can either contain auido only or audio+video. Therefore it is quiet commont to name audio files .m4a and video files .m4v
