HDHome device IP no longer in setup

in mythtv-setup the option to assign a ip address to a HDHOMERUN has disappeared. There is only recording option and no way to tell mythtv where the device is. I am not sure what version this disappeared. I am running the latest version from mythtv ubuntu PPA

The configuration of HDHomeRun devices was changed in version 30 to support tuner pooling. HDHR devices are automatically detected and you check the ones eligible to used for the given MythTV input. For convenience, the IP address of each HDHR device is shown in it's label. If that is not shown, please let me know what theme you are using.
