Movie lookup timesout for some entries

Description

Large movie Cast was causing timeouts executing script this prevented cover art and thumbs from updating. commenting out cast loop improved performance.

for cast in movie.cast:

/usr/share/mythtv/metadata/Movie/tmdb3.py -l en -a AU -D 399579 --debug
