Aspect Ratio changing from default when changing channels

Description

I have my default Aspect Ratio set to 4:3 Zoom. When I change channels in LiveTV, the aspect ratio appears to change to OFF (or Fill or 4:3, they all appear the same way on my TV).

My Myth Version is 0.19.20060121-2.

As a followup, I noticed the same behavior after entering LiveTV, view info ('i') where the aspect ratio was correct, then entered the EPG. When I exited the EPG, the aspect ratio had been changed.
