Description
I'm stuck using a fairly slow OpenGL library.
Adding this option caused a major slowdown in the frontend for me. When switching between menus, they slowly fade out and back in with the new info, which takes about 20 seconds per keypress.
In my opinion, this option should default to Off.

If it was 0, less people would test it so we wouldn't find as many bugs. In the future there will be a setting on the frontend for this.
