This patch adds the ability to add, eddit or delete video categories via MythWeb.

Summary of changes to existing files: 

includes/sorting.php
-added a method to sort by intid
themes/Default/video.php
-fixed a problem that occurred when category intids are non-sequential
-added a link for categories to the menu
video_edit.php
-fixed a problem that occurred when category intids are non-sequential

This no longer cleanly applies, and I suspect that some of its enhancements are already in place. Please resubmit this as a "patch" ticket type against current svn.
