MythWeb Fatal Error adding new program to record

I updated from svn head shortly after .20 was released. I did notice there were a couple post .20 commits (e.g. the "has been watched flag"). Perhaps I got half of something. I can do more digging around tomorrow if you need. It's late and I'm too tired to be of much use at the moment.
