Description
It seems that when using a theme without a main menu or chapter menu (e.g. the Autoplay themes) a video element isn't being added to the dvdauthor.xml file to specifiy the aspect ratio of the recording. As a result widescreen/16:9 recordings are coming out in 4:3.
The attached diff corrects this problem. It has been tested on my own installation and the resulting DVD works fine on my standalone DVD player as well as MythTV.

(In [11358]) Fix #2449 - wrong aspect ratio when using Autoplay themes. Didn't use the patch on the ticket because it would only work for the first title. Should now be able to use any mix of 4:3 and 16:9 files.
