Live TV image turns turns red after channel change

Description

When watching live tv, if I change the channel (either using the OSD, or the guide) after the channel changes, the tv stream now has a really dark red hue to it. If I exit out of live tv and go back in, it looks fine.

Additionally, if I'm watching live tv, and the channel changes automaticly (due to a scheduled recording) the tv stream looks normal (every time I've seen). However, about one in 20 times a show is recorded (And we aren't watching it in progress), the image has the same really dark red hue to it.

Everything worked fine up until sometime between the .16 and .17 release, thats when it broke for me. I've put off reporting it because I had hoped someone else would have seen it and reported it.
