Description

The keys bound to PAGEUP and PAGEDOWN do not function within the OSD menu. This was not a noticeable problem until the new Jump to Program feature appeared with 0.20; those with dozens or hundreds of recorded programs now must scroll through them one by one instead of a pageful at a time.

(In [13641]) Add next page and previous page functionality to the OSD menu. Useful for the 'Jump to Programme' option where scrolling through long lists would otherwise be very slow.

Triggered by the PAGEUP and PAGEDOWN actions.
