.mythtv/themecache.hostname improvement to be unique to each hostname

Description

I have several frontend machines in different locations in the house connected to one back end.. They all share the same home directory and .mythtv/ It's possible for one machine to overwrite the themecache of another. The result is it can take longer to startup the frontend when prescaling images.

If each host has it's own themecache, they can not interfere with each other.

The attached patch is a feature to make the themecache dir .mythtv/themecache.hostname

This isn't needed, you can simply increase the "Theme cache size" in Utilities/Setup:Setup:General.
