Mythtv configure does not search the default library locations

Description

The configurator for mythtv does not search the default library locations /usr/lib and /usr/lib64 in the function has_library; svn version 12657M. Attached is a patch but it may not be complete enough as I only run on Fedora systems.

Use the --libdir-name option to configure.
