Description
It appears that the Check for Duplicates - Record New Episodes Only isn't matching at all. Last week I recorded a show, watched it, then deleted it. The show re-aired later in the week and it recorded it again. I thought perhaps that when I deleted the show I accidentally told it to allow re-record, so I tried this again with the same show (it's Battlestar Galactica for the overly curious, because it repeats several times per week) and the same thing occurred. This week something even more curious happened - I recorded Sunday evening's BSG and didn't get a chance to watch it until last night. There were two recordings of the current episode already and a third was in the process of being recorded as it was currently airing on SciFi? again.

This option depends upon the guide data you are using carrying a 'repeat' flag for all repeat showing of a program. That information appears not to be available from your guide source. One of the other duplicate check methods should work better for you.
I do appreciate that this option can lead to some confusion and so although I'm closing this ticket as invalid, I will look at how we could improve the wording or behaviour of this duplicate check method.
Sorry, I forgot to mention that I'm currently running SVN 12758.
