Description
Areas with non-standard frequencies where providers are not under special supervision in private complexes will need to have this list of all frequencies. Scanning will be slower, but results will be accurate. This should also cover areas which are "not implemented yet"

(In [14940]) Fixes #4193. Adds a new frequency table 'try-all', which tries all frequencies from 44 Mhz to 957 Mhz at 1Mhz intervals, for countries which don't use one of the set frequency tables (for use with the analog channel scanner).
