Fails to schedule in progress program while watching LiveTV on another channel

Description
I have 5 tuners: 1 & 2 are HD tuners with a priority of +5, tuners 3-5 are SD. Most of the HD channels also have an SD counterpart.
When I'm using Tuner 1 to watch Live TV, I then use either the Program Guide or Mythweb to try and schedule an in progress show to record (thus it would only be a partial recording). I schedule the show to record with the "Record only this showing" option. After scheduling it, it fails to record and shows up as "this was scheduled to be recorded but was manually cancelled".
This occurs if I try to record an HD program, or if I try to record an SD program that has an HD version of the channel available. If I try to record an SD program that does NOT have an HD alternative, everything works fine.
Using version 15332.
This ticket can be closed. It's a different symptom of the same bug that was reported and fixed in #4725.
