Description

This patch:
-- removes a couple of "6200 specific" defines because they are actually standard AVC commands
-- adds support for toggling power into the 6200ch channel changer
-- adds support for the PACE550 cable box

Can you split each of the bullet points into their own patches please?

Some of this I can apply to 0.21-fixes, and some only to head.

Split into 3 patches. They apply to both trunk and 0-21-fixes individually, or cumulatively (with warnings from patch) if applied in this order:
